AWS Config is a web service that performs configuration management of supported AWS resources within your account and delivers log files to you. The recorded information includes the configuration item, relationships between configuration items, any configuration changes between resources.The 'include_global_resource_types' attribute specifies whether AWS Config includes all supported types of global resources with the resources that it records. This setting must be enabled in at least one region.
