An unused AWS Security Group allows public access to SQL server port (1433). Port 1433 is the default SQL Server port is an attractive target for malicious actors. Unused Security Groups should be removed, or if re-assigned, remove or restrict the inbound rule allowing SQL server (port 1433) in this Security Group.
