An unused AWS Security Group allows public access to the Oracle port (1521). Port 1521 is the default Oracle SQL listener port is an attractive target for malicious actors. Unused Security Groups should be removed, or if re-assigned, remove the inbound rule allowing Oracle (port 1521) in this Security Group.
